Why Homeowners on the Mississippi Gulf Coast Call Outdoor Solutions
Hiring a pool builder should make a backyard project easier, not turn it into something you manage. Outdoor Solutions works with homeowners across Harrison, Hancock, and Jackson counties who want the real answer before the work starts, one company accountable for the whole yard, and a pool that stays swim-ready long after the build is finished.
A Partnership That Happened Because the Work Demanded It
Roughly 14 years ago one of us was cleaning pools and fixing pumps on this coast, working out of a garage.
The other was building commercial pools outside New Orleans. Years before that we had worked together at one of the larger landscape, hardscape, and pool construction companies in that market, which is where we both learned what good work looked like and how rarely a homeowner got it.
One of us started taking on builds alone, and the subcontractors did not show up when they said they would. The finished work showed it. When the other moved back to the coast with three years of commercial pool building behind him, the answer was obvious.
We started handing each other work, then synced our schedules, then stopped pretending we were two companies. That was nine to ten years ago.
One Owner on Service, One on Construction
Today one of us runs service, maintenance, and the customer relationship.
The other runs construction, renovation, and design. That split is the entire reason the company is shaped this way: the crew that digs the pool belongs to the same company that balances the chemistry two years later, so neither job gets handed to a stranger.
Renovation Work Is Why the New Builds Are Better
We take on renovations, which means we regularly open up other builders' decisions and find out which ones failed.
Worn surfaces, failing coping, decks that were never graded to drain, equipment that was undersized from the start.
All of that goes straight into the next pool we build. It is the most useful education available in this trade and you cannot get it from a catalog.
Undercutting the competition on the Mississippi Gulf Coast has never been our goal. We run a smaller book of work than we could, because the alternative is a schedule that decides what the finished job looks like instead of us.
The rest of it follows from three words we use for the company: upfront, honest, and hardworking. You hear the real answer before the work starts, the money you spend matches the product you get, and quality is the thing that does not get compromised when a shortcut is available.
The Standard We Hold Ourselves To
What Homeowners Can Expect From Outdoor Solutions
Straight Answers, Including the Inconvenient Ones: You hear what a project takes before it starts rather than after. Renovations in particular turn up other people's mistakes, and you find out about those early.
One Point of Contact: Everyone on the job works out of the same project portal, so a question does not sit in somebody's phone until tomorrow.
A Company That Stays: Startup and maintenance are included with every new build, and weekly service continues as long as you want it. The relationship is meant to outlast the project.
