How a Pool and Outdoor Living Project Runs, Start to Finish

Two things bring people to us: a backyard they want built, and a pool that needs handling. Those run differently, so both are laid out below. Both start with someone standing in your yard, because access, grade, and logistics are what decide the number.

Design and Build, Step by Step

1.

You reach out

Someone in the office picks up, takes down what you are picturing, and gets it in front of an owner. You hear back inside one business day, usually faster. An afternoon call gets a callback that evening or first thing the next morning.

2.

We meet at your property

Always on site. Seeing the yard is what reveals the access, the grade, and the logistics that determine what the project takes.

3.

We design it and price it

A day or two for something straightforward. About a week for a comprehensive project, while we research materials and both owners work through the approach together.

4.

We present it in your yard

The concept, the design, and a real estimate, in person. 2D and 3D renderings are produced in-house. On complicated sites we measure the project and lay it out in spray paint so you can stand in it. Material samples come to the property, because a selection that looks right on a screen can look wrong once it arrives.

5.

Deposit, contract, and permits

A 5 percent deposit moves the project into detailed design. Once the plans are agreed and the contract is signed, we handle permitting.

6.

We build it, then we stay

Scheduled and coordinated by us, including the subcontracted trades. Every new build includes one to three months of startup and maintenance, with weekly service available as long as you want it.

1.

Call the office

Someone picks up. We take the details and get the pool on the schedule.

2.

A technician finds out what is going on

Chemistry, a filter, a pump, a heater, or a leak. You get told plainly what is happening and what it takes to fix. Nothing gets diagnosed over the phone.

3.

We keep it swim-ready

The repair or the green-to-clean recovery gets done, then weekly service takes over so the pool does not get away from you again.

How We Communicate During a Project

You, our crews, and every subcontractor on the job work out of the same project portal, and more than one person on our side is watching it. If somebody misses a message, someone else answers it. Inquiries get a response inside one business day.

The single thing that most determines how a project goes is communication during it, not at the start and the end. If something in the yard is not what you pictured, we would much rather hear it in week two than at the walkthrough.

What You Can Expect From the Process

A Real Number, Not a Ballpark

A Design You Can Picture

One Schedule and One Company Answering

A Real Number, Not a Ballpark

No pricing over the phone. Not a range, not a starting-at figure. Every project gets looked at first so the number does not have to be walked back later.

A Design You Can Picture

Renderings presented on site, material samples in your hand, and spray paint on the ground when the site is tight.

One Schedule and One Company Answering

Subcontracted trades are scheduled, managed, and answered for by us. You are not the general contractor on your own backyard.
